OUR PROCESS

1. Preparation

   • Arrive punctually at your location.
   • Select the necessary equipment.
   • Move furniture if needed to fully access the A/C system.
   • Cover furniture with plastic sheets for protection.

2. Cleaning

We clean the following parts of your system:
   • Ducts
   • Exhaust
   • Filters
   • Grills
   • Diffusers

3. Sanitizing

Using a cold fogging method, we apply an eco-friendly, food-grade antibacterial treatment on:
   • Ducts
   • Exhaust
   • Filters
   • Grills
   • Diffusers

4. Post-Cleaning

   • Reinstall all components.
   • Seal grills with care to maintain an untouched appearance.
   • Remove plastic sheets from furniture.
   • Clear and vacuum work areas.

5. Report & cleaning certificate

You will receive a cleaning certificate within 48 hours of project completion, along with a report that includes before and after pictures.

EQUIPMENT & SANITIZATION

Rotobrush™

Indoor air pollution levels can be significantly higher than outdoor levels. Our Rotobrush Duct Cleaning vacuum, known for its power and portability, ensures thorough cleaning of all ducted A/C systems. The system uses a hose with a rotating brush to scrub and remove 99.97% of particles.

ULV Cold Fogging

We use an ultra-low volume (ULV) fogging machine to disperse a fine mist of our antibacterial treatment evenly across all surfaces of your ducts and grills. This method ensures thorough coverage, reaching even the most inaccessible areas.
